محضر رسمی ۱۱۰ در سال ۱۹۹۶ توسط حسن بنی طبا در تورنتو تأسیس شد و در سال ۱۹۹۸ رسماً در کانادا به ثبت رسید. این دفتر اولین محضر ایرانی است که در خارج از ایران تأسیس شده و امروز سی سال است که در خدمت خانواده‌های ایرانی تورنتو و سراسر کاناداست. کارها همچنان در همان دو دفتر نورث یورک و ریچموند هیل انجام می‌شود.

Mahzar Rasmi 110 was founded in Toronto in 1996 by Hassan Banitaba and was officially registered in Canada in 1998. It is the first Iranian mahzar established outside Iran, and in 2026 it marks 30 years of serving Iranian families in Toronto and across Canada. The work is still done at the same two offices, in North York and Richmond Hill.

Iranian consular work is offered both in person and online for Iranians across the GTA and all of Canada. Canadian paralegal matters are Ontario matters and are handled at the North York office. Our in-house paralegal, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, handles traffic tickets and provincial offences, Ontario Small Claims Court matters, and Landlord and Tenant Board disputes for both landlords and tenants. We also prepare demand letters, Canadian powers of attorney, invitation letters written by a host in Canada, and travel consent letters. Our paralegal is also an Ontario notary public and commissioner, so documents can be notarized, commissioned, and certified as true copies at the same visit. Yes. Our paralegal is an Ontario notary public and commissioner, and handles notarization, affidavits, statutory declarations and certified true copies at the North York office. A Canadian notary public is a separate service and is not the same thing as a mahzar. Iranian document work is handled under our consular services. Call 647-852-3373.

No. On the Canadian side we do not prepare wills or separation agreements, and we do not file divorce applications. That work belongs to a lawyer, and we do not offer it. Registering a marriage or divorce with the Iranian authorities is different: it is part of our consular work, and we prepare and submit your file and follow it through to registration.
